「Great location, all rooms face the lake. Rooms super clean inside and out. Balcony with table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside. Well equipped kitchen in room with everything you'll need during your stay. Heated pool. Friendly and welcoming staff. 」

The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection」

「Beautiful heritage building with a quirky elevator, but I liked the character. Very large bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc. Clawfoot tub. On the negative side, next to the skytrain track so tended to hear that until trains stopped. It might get very hot in the summer, as we only had fans, no AC. Various social services nearby so some may be uncomfortable with the area. Staff were great!」

「Liked the free parking, kitchen was fully stocked, I did find a hair when I opened up the murphy bed though. The parking lot P4 is only accessible through the main hotel elevator, wish I didn’t have to walk back and forth to switch elevators. The 10 am check out time is a little too early imo. If I were to stay again it would be only for the kitchen!」

「Very nice property and clean room. Only negative was the on-site parking. The garage was extremely tight and though the listing advertised 7’ height maximum our 6’6 vehicle couldn’t make it into the lower level of the garage. With no parking on the first level we had to park at the bottom of the hill and walk back up. Leave your roof box at home.」

「Felt very safe and comfortable! Towels had an off smell, and seemed a bit spread out to initially set up check in and check out....very peaceful rest, though!」

「The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly situated between Victoria and Nanaimo, offering an amazing view. We booked it to celebrate our wedding anniversary but encountered a misunderstanding about the property facilities at the beginning. Kathy resolved the issue quickly and professionally, making our night even better than we had planned. She even had placed some sweets to welcome us and congratulate us on our anniversary. In short, we enjoyed our stay, and Kathy was very responsible,...

「Amazing place!! Gorgeous property with private beach and fabulous accommodation. Everything you could possibly need including keurig coffe maker, air fryer, and bbq, plus so many nice touches like a fruit bowl with chips, popcorn, and chocolates, pop in the fridge, and blankets for sitting out in the comfy chairs watching the orcas. We absolutely loved it and will be back to find more inner peace!」
