「We enjoyed a short stay here prior to catching a flight the next day. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any needs or questions we had. The suite was clean but small compared to other Marriotts we have stayed in but it suited our needs and the location across from the airport was perfect. There were an ample amount of restaurants in the area to choose from that were available. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good but it was not as complete as some other Marriotts. 「Convenient location to the airport, comfortable beds, quiet, however the staff wasn't the most welcoming or friendly. They only offer cleaning services upon request, which I understand these days. However on the third day when we requested service, they only replaced our towels. It was a very mediocre stay. 」

「I came to Buffalo for the Bar Exam and stayed here for three nights. This hotel is close to the Convention Center, just about five minutes work. The hotel provided continental breakfast and I loved their fresh fruits, yogurt and coffee. My room was spacious and quiet, good for studying and a good rest. The front desk staff offered warm hospitality. Next time I came back to see the Niagara Falls in summer, I would definitely stay here again.」

Dirty, Zero hospitality, No service, No respect
"The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please avoid. Some staff were rude, told me to pick up my towels from the front desk after I complained that my room was not cleaned, and said 'it is a courtesy from them to bring any amenities to the hotel guests'. I stayed there for almost a week, yet my room was never cleaned even when I requested room cleaning service. I also saw some ants in my room. Disgusting"
