「The entire facility was very clean. The staff was courteous and their attire was nice and clean. Commendations goes to Tracy and Fredrick for their attention to detail. We also appreciated the free breakfast which had good choices. We had a lovely time and would stay again in the future.」

「Excellent location and room! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck/dock in the morning with our tea watching an osprey family nearby. We had everything in our room to be comfortable and to make our own meals or a short walk for area restaurants. 」

「The home is very well maintained, stocked and COMFORTABLE! Nice and peaceful and close to lots of restaurants and close to the gulf. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. We will definitely come back. Another bonus is the super comfy master bed/bedroom. We enjoyed watching the birds, fish and manatees from the patio!」

「Overall it was okay. When taking a shower you need to hold the faucet for fear of it falling off when turning the shower on. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The beds squeak when you move and are very uncomfortable. Also there was a rooster down the street that woke us between 5 and 5:30 AM every morning. The location was fantastic since it was only 8 houses from my son. I would stay again because of the location.」

Renovations are bad DIY. 1 very small bedroom window that won’t open so limited sunlight/fresh air when you want it in this sunny beach town. But then bedroom has crummy broken shade that won’t block out nighttime street lamp that annoys while you’re trying to sleep at night. No outlets/phone charger next to BOTH sides of bed. Really?
