「Grundsätzlich gut. Einiges sollte in der Wohnung gemacht werden! Im 3. Zimmer neue Matrazen und 1 neuer Lattenrost. Die TV Anlage hat nicht funktioniert und müsste von einem Fachmann geprüft werden. Sonst sehr gut. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und sehr ruhig gelegen.」

「It is not only a room, but an apartment with a living room, dining room, kitchen and very big balcony. Room is much much bigger than my expectation. Close to Locarno Station, about 5 mins walk. If you would like to enjoy the beach at Locarno / Ascona, and relax. It may be better to stay for at least 2 nights at Locarno.」

「Die Lage ist sehr gut vor allem auch im Sommer wegen der Nähe des Sees. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen auf den Matratzen und mit dieser Bettwäsche. Das Appartement bietet alles nötige was man braucht zu zweit. 」

「Un agréable séjour Alla Roccia dans une région sublimée par des sommets enneigés et une belle météo. Une chance pour mars. L'ensemble des prestations est conforme aux descriptions justes et clairs. L'accès et la préparation d'Alla Roccia était parfait. Un accueil soigné avec son plateau de produits. Nous avons pu disposer d'un très bon niveau de confort en terme d'équipements et de prestations. Nous avons apprécié la bonne literie pour des nuits reposantes et la grande baie vitrée...

「Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, in der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt: vom Topf bis zum Streichholz für die vorhandene Kerze. Die Aussicht war ebenfalls wunderschön und der Pool ist bei solch hohen Temperaturen, wie wir sie hatten, perfekt zum Abkühlen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, um das gesamte Locarner Umland kennenzulernen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die angrenzenden Täler und Städte unternommen und sind viel gewandert.
