「we liked our stay very much omg the stuff were so helpful it was a new years holiday in Vietnam we could not get a car from ninh binh to ha long had so much stress for one hour called the hotel for help within 15 min everything was ok!came to our hotel they offered us free upgrade and larger beds since we were traveling with 3 children , the room was spacious very clean they even prepared welcome fruit and drinks for us our family is so thankful had a wonderful stay happy memories! 」

「The room is dim, gloomy and you might hard to find something, such as, if you leave something in the room and ask hotel to find it, it will not be found by anyone who work in hotel.」

「The bar staff are not very good with English and the alcohol in the cocktails is non-existent. Either they water it down or just don’t put any in. Long Island iced tea tasted like watered down coke with ice. Rum and coke tasted just like coke. 」

「Great views, rooms, and buffet breakfast. Very new and clean hotel with sweet service. While they don’t officially support English, we didn’t have any problems at all. Not too much to do in the area. We went to SunWorld park and had a lot of fun. 」

Le escursioni divertenti. La camera di giuste dimensioni con il bagno molto grande e con splendida vista sulla baia. Quello che ha reso però la mia crociera straordinaria è stato il personale. 「Good service and friendly crew」

「非常好的下龙湾行程，越南很热，所以一边吹着空调一边看着下龙湾落日美景真的很享受，如果是一日往返的船只基本都是没空调的，会很热！这艘船整体还是比较新的，刚上船的那餐午饭是几道式的西餐，晚饭和第二天的早饭都是自助餐，很干净，味道做的也好！在船上的两天一晚还参加了两次活动，一次是另外乘小船去个溶洞，还有一次是上岸去更大的一个蝙蝠洞探险，都不用额外付费，很都不错！就算体力不佳也能轻松玩下来，总体来说，这个行程我们三个人都很满意！」

「Staff is very helpful and kind. Hotel is beautifully located at their own beach with amazing views. However, the guests are very loud and doing fotoshoots everywhere, very annoying. Please make designated areas where they can make fotos. 」

「Fizemos o cruzeiro de 24h a cabine era muito confortável, ampla e com varanda. Toda a comida servida era muito saborosa e diversificada. Como sou alérgica a camarão e abacaxi fizeram adaptações ao cardápio para me atender. Apenas como sugestão deveriam pensar em fazer uma adaptação no programa os dias mais frios e com tempo ruim. Paramos para nadar e fazer passeio de caiaque no primeiro dia, mas os 16ºC não foram convidativos para a atividade. Talvez navegar um pouco mais teria sido mais...

「スンソット洞窟とティートップ島に行くと旅程に載っていたので期待していたのですが、両方行きませんでした。 1日目と2日目のアクティビティは場所が違うだけでほぼ同じで、浮島のような場所からカヤック（またはボート）かスイミングでした。 どちらかの日に鍾乳洞に寄るなどアクティビティを変えたらもっと満足度が上がると思います。 食事も美味しいとはいえません。 お部屋の装飾やスタッフさんの対応は良かったです。 どうもありがとうございました。」
