"I am a picky person but Helgelson is one of our favorites in Orofino. The beds are so comfortable. The pillows are nice. It’s an old building. It has a small old school elevator. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is not bad. The staff was very helpful. We stay there every year."

"This place is awesome!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I kept locking myself out when i went out to smoke. The front desk operator came out and gave me an extra card at no charge. A very pleasant place to stay."

Awesome second stay
"Great place to come back to after a full day of fishing. Kitchen well stocked and we used the gas grill several times. Still chilly at night and the wood fireplace made it cozy. Definitely will return."

"We traveled with the whole family. The house had plenty of room for everyone. It was extremely clean when we arrived. I was shocked by all of the amenities. The house even had spices and ziplock bags."
