The hotel was really nice, especially the outside seating, which felt like an escape from the city. However, my room was just okay. The bed was comfortable, but the carpet had significant stains, and the shower pressure was low with difficult temperature control.
If booking through Expedia, be aware of hidden fees added by the hotel, which you'll only learn about at checkout. I ended up with an extra $210 on my bill.
Parking costs $40 per night, and Zags' $20 parking voucher means you'll still pay $20 nightly. Parking is tight; I had to climb over the passenger seat to get in my car.
Despite these issues, management adjusted my final bill. I'd stay there again for the good food, nice staff, and great outdoor vibes.
