前台态度还可以，帮了我很多忙。酒店设施比较陈旧，空调只能制冷不能制热。暖气效果不太好，晚上睡觉会被冻醒。浴室特别小。唯一值得称赞的是地理位置，就在查理大桥西边，走到酒店也就100多米。

Da agente di viaggio ho sempre proposto questa struttura ai miei clienti e finalmente ho testato anche io questo hotel fra tanti già visti. Riconfermo la scelta per la posizione perfetta comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti principali della città a piedi. Nella zona di Kampa tranquilla e romantica. A pochi passi dal mulino e il muro di Lennon. E le altre attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibile. Stesso se si vuole arrivare con mezzi propri dall' apt. Camere davvero ben tenute, particolari, pulite, con tutti i confort, letti molto comodi, silenziose. Buona la pulizia. Buona la colazione tra dolce (anche se con meno scelta) e salato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Resta ancora tra le mie scelte!

You will not be disappointed! You'll be delighted by Archibald hotel! Rooms are spacious with appropriate amenities. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast and brunch were included and so delicious. The location is spectacular. We even had a view of the Charles Bridge from our room. This was by far our favorite hotel of a 12 day trip in 4 different hotels!!

We stayed in room 36 the hotel was excellent location wise staff more than friendly. Breakfast was ok also not advertised they do provide brunch normally soup and sandwiches which is a nice touch. The room itself was nice and spacious had Aircon which was great. The bed was comfortable over all I would recommend this hotel. Also we had a fridge in put room which was great.

Die Lage und der Blick auf die Moldau und die Karlsbrücke sind einmalig. Auch auf der Vorderseite hat man einen schönen Blick auf einen tollen Platz. Beste Bedingungen, die Sehenswürdigkeiten auf beiden Seiten des Flusses zu Fuß zu erkunden. Jederzeit wieder und für alle Bekannten und Freunde empfehle ich dieses Hotel.

Excellent stay and fantastic location. Breakfast was included and was just what we needed. Staff was excellent and the rooms were very clean. No frills furnishings but that is perfectly fine with us as it had everything we needed.

I loved my stay at Charles Bridge. I booked a single room but there was a massive bed in it and I had a river view. It was so calm and peaceful and in such a lovely location. There is a pretty little courtyard in the middle too. The breakfast was delicious - I'm not a big eater so couldn't make the most of it, but there were pastries, cold meats, cheeses and fruits, and hot options like scrambled eggs, good quality bacon and cheesy breaded aubergines. Yum.

Excellent location literally steps off the Charles Bridge in a lovely courtyard. Close to Kampa garden and cafes and restaurants. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful, comfortable room with a bridge/ river view for a reasonable rate. Breakfast buffet is good and has lots of options. Brunch is also included (but we didn’t have a chance to try). 10/10 would recommend!

Wifi did not work and when i got to my room, it was clean but there was someone’s leftover food in my fridge. Gross. I had to pay an extra €60 in data because the wifi did not work in my room and i had work to do.

Central location but quiet. There's a good range buffet breakfast and some leftovers make up brunch that's available until 4pm. There are several restaurants on the doorstep. Reception was always manned. There's a vending machine with crisps, chocolate and cold drinks. Staff all friendly. Our room contained a TV, fridge and safe but only one chair. Lovely complimentary toiletries.

Location is excellent, walk out the rear of property to the river and Charles bridge. Great restautants within walking distance. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. We had a ground floor room, was very nice. Only issue was, there were ants in the room arould doorways and would see rhem on the coffee table. Otherwise great.

An excellent 3-star hotel in a quaint area of Prague, with cafes, restaurants, and pubs nearby. The room was large and clean. Easy access, and the included breakfast very good with plenty of hot and cold choices. Very close to the Charles Bridge but not the tourist crowds that are there. Nice park along the river close by.

Wir haben vier Tage dort verbracht. Das Hotel liegt zentral (man ist in wenigen Minuten auf der Karlsbrücke), ruhig, ist gut ausgestattet, das Personal sehr freundlich, und das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Wir haben uns durchweg wohl gefühlt.
