「First a warning - this is not a good place for seniors. I'm 81 and able bodied. My wife is 77 and very unstable walking. Partly our fault that we didn't check on the ease of access. Other than that the place is wonderful and we did our best to enoy the ambience!」

「Property was right across from the base of the mountain. 3-5 minute walk in boots to the gondola. Restaurants and convenience store in the same area. Condo is a pretty basic studio...no complaints. It was great having indoor parking on the ground floor. We just left our skis/poles in our car, but I think there is a ski locker. Overall perfect for my daughter and I to get in a quick two day ski trip.」

「The cabin was 12 miles up the mountain from the highway. Be aware that you are staying in the mountains , beautiful but you need to be cautious. Centrally located , we drove to Boulder , Golden, Idaho Springs but made sure we were back before nightfall. The cabin is nice , a bit smaller than the online pics show but very clean and stocked with extra towels, toilet paper etc. the two bedrooms are pretty tight and the loft is NOT for adults , very steep climb up. We were given the wrong entry code...

「It was so cool at night, perfect for sleeping. It was quiet and relaxing. The window wouldn’t completely close this am. I alerted the front desk and they immediately communicated with whoever does maintenance on the units.」

「It was entirely my fault for not reading the glamping description closely, but showers are SHORT. 1-2 min for me since I like hot showers, but maybe 5 min for someone else. I really wished they had a tankless water heater... Another thing to watch out for is the steep hill. Usually not a problem most days but on days of snow and ice, there may be difficulty getting to the place. Was otherwise very enjoyable. Owner was very responsive to needs and neighbors were very nice and helpful. Grading...

「Check in and communication was seamless. Cabin was "rustic meets ski lounge" - exactly what we were after! The property is somewhat close to the main road/highway, so you can hear some road noise from time to time. Overall excellent experience!」

「This is a very comfortable studio with neighborhood access to some fantastic backcountry skiing and hiking. As part of my stay I did a 5 mile ski tour out the back door, up to over 11,800 ft with a return down St. Mary's Glacier. Next time I am looking for a place to stay with the family in this area, I will be looking for availability of this studio.」
