「Hotel was great, staff were excellent and attentive. Had some issues with key access to our room, but eventually got sorted. Room was lovely, felt new and clean - however there was a slight smell in the hall and room. Overall a great stay, would stay here again. 」

「Location is convenient for everything, shopping, restaurants and beach. Front staff and concierges are friendly. Room is good with the ocean view, but the bathroom is too small. 」

「This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. They have a bar right up to my room with VERY NOISY music playing at midnight. The bathroom has water stains on the glass. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they don’t even have any potty area for dogs, or they didn’t tell me where it is. Again, it is the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Don’t stay here. Spend your money on other nice hotels.」

「1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W...

「This was the first time staying at the Hilton and we loved everything about it. Front desk was staffed when we arrived at 11pm. Our room was excellent. The bathroom was the best we’ve had in this bracket of hotels. It was so clean. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. Our room was cleaned every day and the linens replaced when needed. The breakfast was great and the add on was well worth it. Overall this is the place we will stay when we come again. One thing I noticed was a notification on...
