「The staff is extremely helpful. Because the day I stay is New Year Eve. My daughter wants to play firework. I find many shops and supermarkets but can’t find any. At last, I ask the receptionist who has golden moustache help me to check and call the shops one by one. However, all in Swiss are sold out. Until he finds one in France so that my daughter can play fireworks 」

「老酒店，设施已陈旧，给我们房间几乎最下面一层，没啥风景。关键是订单上有厨具，结果所有柜子都锁着，除了两个小小咖啡杯，两个小号高脚酒杯，喝水喝茶的杯子一概没有。前台服务员入住时候很客气，打电话要烧水壶答应了但是没人送，只好自己下去要，才拿到一个陈旧的水壶，自己在灶上烧，感觉真落后。早餐还不错吧，可以免费停车。」

「酒店位於First纜車站附近，但與Grindelwald火車站有點距離，建議攜行李入往前聯繫房東預約接送服務。倘若有時間慢行的話，沿途風景還是很不錯的。 聞說酒店有過百年歷史，但房間裝潢和設備不會感覺很古老，而且乾淨衛生。晚上在陽台能看星星還份外寧靜。另外推薦安排一天享用酒店的晚餐，房東們和員工都很熱情款待，非常深刻的體驗。」

「The staff are considerate to arrange our two rooms together , so that we share a very big balcony. The kids have a very existing fun time before dinner in the garden. The historical hotel is very well taking care of and we loved the decorations. The view of the rooms were beyond our expectation . 」

「Within walking distance of Interlaken city centre's high street. Spacious rooms. The rooms are nicely and delicately decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with an excellent selection of hot and cold dishes. The breakfast is delicious, featuring local foods, including cheese, bread, and yoghurt. Easy car parking.」

「La habitación triple no está muy limpia pero afortunadamente el recepcionista reaccionó rápido y nos enseñó más habitaciones para cambiar. El desayuno es de muy buena calidad pero no es un hotel para viaje de familia.」
