Upon our arrival the master bathroom had not been cleaned and there was left over trash in several areas from previous guest. We were creditied 50 dollars for this. If you are cooking be advised to bring items to cook with. The property is not on the lake and the owner's ATV must be rented to drive through the hilly, muddy, narrow wooded path to get to the dock. That in itself was an adventure. The dock was perfect...

「This is not a review although it gets 5 stars. Except for Petra. She was very helpful and nice before the trip and after my husband got back I have written 3-4 emails and she has not responded to any of them. So, Petra is great but not a great communicator and that is what this industry is all about. I worked in the hospitality business being in charge of ocean front homes to mountain homes and I was the manager of an oceanfront hi-rise hotel. Worked in the industry for 45 years. 「Very nice place to stay. The house was clean, had nice amenities (good Wi-Fi, AC, full kitchen), and was in a great location. I do have to agree with another review that the downstairs futon was unusable as a bed. As far as comfort, we had four adults and that seemed the right size for the house. In my opinion, any more people would have made the house feel too crowded.」

「Very nice waterfront residence. While the description of the rental indicates there are three bathrooms. it would be better if all three bathrooms had showers available. The 3rd floor bathroom has only a bathtub and no curtains for privacy. The second floor screen porch might not be safe for kids @ 2 years old. There are no ballusters installed, so the only thing between a toddler and an potential 8-10 foot fall, is the installed screen.」
