「Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. 「Great little hotel. Cheap enough for a short break. A 10 minute drive from the centre or Chester. Clean communal areas and rooms. Comfortable beds with clean, crisp bedding. Big TV, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and fan (this was needed as the room was so hot) in the room, as well as a kettle and tea and coffee. Nice smelling soap in the bathroom and a good selection of towels. Friendly staff. The only issue I had was not being able to order room service via the QR code provided in the room. I...

「The staff at reception are so kind and personable. The room we booked was spacious and clean. It is a bit dated in areas but nothing you wouldn’t expect for such an old building.
