「We were coming from NC and were meeting family here to stay with to attend my aunt Funeral . Cabin is very cozy , very clean and well kept . We really did not stay in the cabin long . I wish we could have been able to stay there for a more getaway trip . It would be a perfect cabin to stay . The fire pit was nice. We brought some wood to use one night we were there . Cabin is very well insulated so it stayed nice and warm inside .」

「It has become a bit of a family tradition to spend a few days away from home after Christmas each year. Raystown was the destination of choice this year, and this house checked the boxes we were looking for. The location is perfect. Out of the way, but a quick drive up to Huntingdon, or down to the main marina and recreation area at Raystown. The property is huge, probably an acre or more, and set back a good fifty yards from the road. Perfect for walking/exercising your dog if you bring...

「Great location near raystown lake and floating! Comfortable cabin. Great location. Loved the pigs turkeys and horses. The turkey stayed at our cabin all night. Property owner were very nice. Definitely be back again!!」

「We did really enjoy our stay! We were surprised by three things: 1) Pleasant surprise that some of the things noted as not being available, actually were such as coffee filters and chairs around the fire pit. Unfortunately, it was too rainy and wet to use them. 2) We didn’t realize just how close this was to the locations that we planned to go to. It’s a perfect location! 3) We’ve never before actually been charged for the security deposit. Usually, there’s just a hold put on your account....

「The property was well kept and clean. Management was very helpful. Unfortunately the cabin was smaller than we anticipated. Temperatures of 90 made it very hot inside. Larger cabins are available but not at that time.」
