「We spent 4 nights in this hotel and felt welcome, comfortable and safe. We chose this hotel primarily because of the spa area with 2 pools and 3 saunas. We always really enjoyed this spa area. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The chambermaids even vacuumed the carpet every time they cleaned the room; we think that's absolutely brilliant. We only used the breakfast buffet; we really enjoyed it (especially the orange juice and the delicious scrambled eggs). We can only recommend this...

「The hotel was a four star hotel with courteous, attentive staff. Food was excellent. The atmosphere was calming.. We had 24 hour availability of the thermal pool and gardens directly from the back door of the hotel. The public has access from 10 AM to 4 PM only」

「Most of the staff are extremely good and friendly; however, there were lots of time when some staff members were too rigid about unimportant things (like sitting in the fine dining area 7 minutes before it officially opened for the evening). 5-star service is based on always finding a way to accommodate what the guest would like.
