「Liked the shared lanai and pool area as well as the private lanai. Home clean and great updated appliances and amenities Well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer too. Surrounding area activities fun and close by. Adam the owner very personable」

「The property had great beach access, plenty of extras for the beach in the room like an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards. Unit was spacious. First floor is very easy beach access but doesn't have an ocean view. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen fully furnished. Only issue we had was the sliding door was hard to open and the toilet paper was too thin to even take the chance in using. 」

「This property is beautiful, spotless, and has gorgeous oceanfront views. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and were prompt to answer any inquiries we had. Royal Mansions is a lovely, gated oceanfront community in Cape Canaveral. This particular unit does have several sets of stairs, but the effort is well worth it! Tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and panoramic ocean views, this unit is a win-win! We hope to stay again sometime.」

「The state was great the property was under reconditioning they were painting our side we had construction equipment out from the inside was beautiful one bedroom vanity very comfortable with the fact that they were reconditioning the outside the stairwells there was furniture out in the stairwells you have just felt it on the balcony because of the bathrooms all scraped down and paint chipped everywhere’s so I’ll take a picture」
