「This property is a converted motel with an excellent location in New Smyrna Beach. Just walk across the street a way and you are at the beach! We enjoyed our stay there. Jeremy was very responsive to our needs. (One of us was staying on the couch and needed a blanket, and there weren't any hangers in the closet, so he brought them by). However, the sofa couch was a torture chamber for my adult daughter. She barely slept the whole time we were there. And as a cook, the kitchen was just a...

「Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves」

「Family gathering it was just what we needed」

「My husband and I had a WONDERFUL trip to New Smyrna Beach and stayed here for almost 2 full weeks. We could walk to Canal Street and access back to Flagler or the beach was easy using the Causeway. We brought our dog and using our truck as the "fourth fence" were able to enjoy evenings with him in the backyard. Owner was very responsive! This is definitely a "home" rental, not just a house!」
