飯店離機場很近,但附近沒有什麼餐廳及商店,用餐及買東西都不方便,但飯店環境還算整潔乾淨,服務生友都和善有禮

整理很舒適,但有些小地方可以改進
飯店的舒適度很好 但是設備偏舊,尤其是開關跟插頭的部分。冷氣的部分過冷,而且調溫度也沒反應。 水城堡很不錯,但是水質似乎沒那麼好。 飯店內的服務都很好,但是我們原本在ralph lauren消費完之後 信用卡(花旗,國泰世華,中國信託)卻都不能刷,有點掃興。 有往馬立波囉大街的接駁車也有往機場的接駁車,非常便利。

服務人員親切,飯店格局裝潢都不錯,但整體乾淨度普通
俱樂部房型的服務包含早餐與午茶,帶長輩去度假格外舒服,設備不差,但房間乾淨度普通,第一天住宿就在冰箱內發現喝了一半的飲料,如果需要room service通常需要打三次電話才出現,飯店內提供餐飲的地方不多,三溫暖偶而會出現男的工作人員,會嚇到,如果要額外繳交金額都要看清楚明細

就在機場的斜對面
有傳統的好飯店!! 有點歷史了! 但是飯店園區內維護得很好,在Bar裡還可遠眺火山!! 中國新年期間用超低價格入住,非常划算,而且還有應景的舉但中國節慶活動,推薦給到日惹遊玩,但不想住在吵雜市區的遊客! 服務非常的好,且舒適! 但是,其中的餐廳有中國新年套餐,還真不是普通難吃! 但是印式與西式餐店到是不錯!!

Adequate but not as good as the photos suggest
This hotel had a grand(iose) reception area/lobby and facade, but the room needed some work -- it felt old, tired, and was somewhat falling apart. Also, the way that the room's door opened made it very awkward to pass especially when lugging a bag.

Family stay for 3 night
Stay with whole family of 14 people. Check in process was easy and recieve all what we requested. Breakfast was grate and tasty. staff was very helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool. Pool was big and castle type Slight draw back was the aged building. Maintenance team do their best but doors and windows are old.

It is a unique and spacious facility with a very nice pool and relaxing but beautiful atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great. Their promotions posted on the walls were not updated though. And they did not clean one of our rooms. Also, there was a blood stain on one of our sheets. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Hôtel absolument pas entretenu. Cet hôtel doit être complètement rénové car inadmissible d’accueillir des clients dans cet environnement. Les chambres sont sales, les sanitaires à la limite de l’insalubrité. L’extérieur presque en ruine. Les transats de piscines à mettre à la poubelle. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer également. Ceci est loin d’être un 4,5 étoiles. C’est une honte pour la gamme Sheraton.

The thing that really makes this hotel outstanding is the helpful and charming staff who make staying there a real pleasure. way below expectation for a sheraton
booked this hotel because of ratings and previous experience with sheraton hotels. unfortunately this place was way below expectation. booked a mountain view room at higher price which i would not recommend. the room faces the pool area which is quite noisy and the condition of room is questionable. furniture and bathroom showed heavy marks of wear and tear. light switches of bed lamp fell off once touching. one lamp would not shut off at all. AC very noisy. wifi barely working. changed instantly and without big issue to garden view room which is completely renovated. however room climate was quite humid, clothes and shoes have been damped overnight. could be the rainy season effect, but should bot happen in a 4.5 star hotel. gym/spa/restaurants not visited. pool is in a good condition, quite a plus of this hotel, same as the service of the employees. breakfast is a turn down, the quality of the food and the presentation was not what i expect in that price category, would not recommend and will not book again.
