It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. 」

「We spent five days at this wonderful property. It is like living in an old world palace. Marble and wood floors, antique furniture, and a huge floorplan. The bedroom is very quiet, though the office space is a bit louder, given the square and cafes where students congregate. We enjoyed the street sounds at night; bring earplugs for the office area if you want complete silence. The location is fantastic, and one of the things we always look for in a property… restaurants, bars, markets all...

「Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, idyllischen Lage oberhalb von Sasso Marconi. Im Dorf selber gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants. Die Landschaft, die Aussicht und der riesen große Garten sind ein Traum. Der Pool ist super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der liebe Hausmeister kommt jeden Tag und sorgt für Sauberkeit und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pizzaofen und der Außengrill sind genial um den schönen Garten und die Terrasse mit leckerem Essen und einem Glas Wein zu...

「The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna.」
