「Gasparilla Island is an awesome place to spend a weekend or the rest of your life! The condo is beautiful and well stocked. The endless beach, beautiful sunsets and clean pool are all that you would hope for! The only comment I would make is the Ferry is a passenger Ferry and not a car ferry which I assumed (my mistake) so you do have to leave your vehicle on the mainland and transport all your luggage and supplies onto the ferry. You are also at the mercy of the weather with the ferry also. All...

The clothes dryer is a little loud and is missing the lint filter, so a few articles of clothing went missing…but we found them below the house where the dryer vent blows out. Other than that little mystery, our stay was perfect!」

「Wonderful location off the beaten path. The listing was very accurate and there were no suprises on arrival. The loft studio room is very unique, great for teenager or young adult. Great location on first level of a raised condo. Beach view from lanai is perfect for morning coffee and great for sunset views if its not too hot out. Short walk across the boardwalk to the beach, pretty laid back beach. You may be hesitant to stay on an island and be at the mercy of the ferry. Very well worth the...

「If the house were any closer to the water it would be in the ocean. Lovely, comfortable deck - perfect to watch the waves and sunbathe in the afternoons. Property Mgr was quite attentive and called to check on us during a thunderstorm. When trying to figure out the kitchen situation, we were NOT told about the induction cook top surface with 4 burners. This info needs to be added to the description. Makes it much easier for meal planning.」

「We were very disappointed to find our rental was filthy and poorly maintained. There was much debris on the floors including a contact lens, hair and dirt. The tub shower didn’t drain so when showering water level was ankle deep. Wads of hair washed up out of the drain as well. The bathroom sink did not drain being full of hair too. Finally as we prepared to do a load of laundry the dryer was hot, sweating and full of water(?)! Food stains on tables and placemats indicate that the kitchen was...
