The room I had was 127, adjacent to the lobby, check in, vender machine and it was very noisy. It sounded like a party was taking place an this was at 10 pm. No respect to the guest trying to rest, my wife and I didn't get to rest we thought we would have. A room that close to the lobby and check in desk shouldn't be offered because we feel we didn't what we paid for.

The 1st room we were assigned had what appeared to be menstrual blood on the toilet seat. The 2nd room we were assigned had fecal matter slashed on the toilet seat, but I ejected to just disinfect it myself due to being in the hot sun all day and exhausted. The shower/tub wouldn’t drain, causing me to have to stand in water during my shower. The people next door kept doing something in their room causing the entire wall and headboard of our room to jolt and shake until well into the night. We had stayed here before and did not recall any issues so we elected to stay here again, as we travel to the area for baseball tournaments. Another couple had approached the counter when we were asking for our room to be changed, and they had given them a room that was already occupied and had to change their room as well. Terrible experience! Will not be staying here again in the future.

The lobby and stairwells (which are required because there's no elevator) smell like urine. The front desk apparently has an agreement with the homeless because they let them sleep in the lobby and use the facilities. The building is not locked at night despite "requiring" keycard access. They leave all doors open.

The rooms have recently been redone and there is flooring instead of carpeting. This is a real plus IMHO. It is a basic, budget hotel, but it did the job we needed. Breakfast is a bit lame -- some fruit would be nice and perhaps cream cheese for the bagels.

Customer service is awful we get there told we did not have a RSVP rep was not very helpful. Said ck another hotel they have no rooms for us we left called expedia. They called and told them to cancel rooms since we had no RSVP and they charged us for 1 room stating not sure if we would come back after they told us we didnt have rooms we reserved. Now manager will not call us back or they dont answer phone when we call to get charges removed

The property was clean, it appeared to be in the finishing stages of a refreshing for the whole facility. I cant say much as I arrived about 9:30 pm and left about 7:30 am. Overall it served its purpose.

Friday night I awoke several times to the sound of banging hotel room doors and the smell of marijuana each time. Saturday night I heard a random banging outside my window all night that turned out to be a strap hanging from a conex box being used for remodeling outside of hotel.
