「Excellent stay at the Miramare and the staff were very wonderful and very helpful. Great location at the inner harbour. My only 2 comments would be better instructions on where to park and get up the hotel via the golf carts would be helpful and the concrete swim platform below the hotel could Be kept cleaner. 「This was a lovely old hotel and wonderful stay . Although the hotel is older and it was impeccably cared for and felt so idyllic. The service was amazing. We were greeted by the manager upon arriving and everyone was so friendly. We had originally booked four nights in Naples, but did not like the crowds, and felt it to be dirty. 「Truly a 5 star experience! The rooms are well furnished and clean. The location is amazing, close proximity to the town (5 minute walk) & the private beach access is super convenient. The staff was awesome, from the shuttle service with Ciro, to Giulia at the front desk. They were all very welcoming, accommodating and available throughout the entirety of our stay. 「Lovely Hotel with friendly staff. Could do with a few more finer touches to improve overall standard such as tea/coffee facilities for room and towels for pool.
