This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, you could smell the cleanliness in the air. The service was great, the food was delicious, the staff was always nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay here, it’s such a comfortable place to relax and enjoy.

夜到着のため空港からアクセスの良いこちらのホテルに一泊しました。 小学生を2人含むファミリーでしたが、ホテルには大きな浮き輪のあるプールや、徒歩ですぐに行ける隣のパラダイスシティーホテルには子供が喜ぶアトラクションのあるワンダーボックス、大人にはカジノ、豊富なレストランもあり楽しみました。 ホテルの方も親切で話しやすかった為、パラダイスシテイ内のカニ料理店の予約や翌日のジャンボタクシーの手配までしていただきました。 ありがとうございました。

Great modern hotel. We stayed only one night in between flights. Wonderful breakfast spread. Friendly staff. Would like to mention especially Chun Ho (spelling?), who drove us to the airport after a misundrrstanding about the shuttle bus. Thank you! Can recommend this hotel without reservation.

We stayed for one night while transit. Free shuttle between terminals and then to the hotel so I didn't have to have local currency on me. I used both room service and laundry service; service was perfect and staff was very polite. I was wondering if it's worth getting out of airport when there is under 24 hours but yes, it was totally worth it, and I would do it again:-)

The staff and service was fantastic. The restaurant, a buffet, was excellent, in part because it was so unique. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was only one night but very pleasant.

Great stay for our family the night before departing from ICN. The buffet was incredible and restaurant staff very helpful in arranging a special birthday/farewell private experience. We had a delicious and beautiful cake to celebrate as well. Spa experience was fantastic. Transport to airport very convenient and reliable. Rooms were beautiful and spacious.
