「Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home. 」

「Excellent location, room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the door connected to the room next to us was found to be unlocked, which was a serious mistake. And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay. 」

「The location is good next to a green park.10 minutes walk to a residential area with supermarket for shopping and wide range of food choice. Although the hotel is next to busy highway and airport I do not feel many noise during the stay. Room size and facilities are reasonable. 」

Also we have booked and paid for the harbor view room but didn’t get it. Water temperature and pressure was inconsistent as well.」

「Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and spacious. The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store...

「Everything was good the only thing to note was the breakfast was not ready by 6 am, we had to wait for another 20 mins before we were allowed inside ,but was happy with the stay」
