「For the past 21 years I gather a group of girlfriends for Springing the Blues Festival, and have rented this little blue cottage several times, and keep coming back! It is quaint, clean, and the host, Jean, is an outstanding host. Very friendly and accommodating. I'm always sad when I miss my window to rent it for "me and my gal's "rights of spring"!」

「I stayed for 3 weeks, and it couldn't have been better. The service from Ivonne was incredible; she was always attentive to any problems that arose. They offer any type of necessity, and if something is missing, she will make sure to get it. The entire apartment is clean, with a spacious bathroom and a large bed. It is well-located in a very pleasant neighborhood, perfect for walking or jogging. In short, I am very happy with everything, especially the service and hospitality. 10/10」

「We traveled to Fernandina Beach to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a short stay. We booked this property because my daughter was bringing friends and the bed situation in this house was just right. My daughter was able to stay with her friends in one bedroom while I had the other bedroom. There was also space in the main part of the house for a queen size air mattress. The house was very clean and as pictured in the listing photos so we were happy. We also enjoyed a couple of the features...

「Great newly remodeled seaside cottage. Level no stairs except to your private beach path with direct and easy access to the beach. Prime location in proximity to main beach and all the island has to offer. Responsive host and nicely appointed unit with washer dryer two bed/bath and open floor plan kitchen and living area and most of all great views of the Atlantic Ocean just steps from the doorway. Modern with a developing vintage beach shack twist. Can’t wait to see what they do with it next.」

「We had such an amazing stay. The property is like new and in pristine condition. The owners provide a lot of little extras, including snacks, beach, chairs, towels, and an umbrella. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance.」

「Property was as described. I planned a last minute trip and found the surf shack. While not on the beach or historical district, it a very brief drive or Uber. Great host!」

「They sent me a communication about entry code, but the code did not work. The phone number attached to the listing was not in operation and no one answered the number attached to the email. They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles.」

「Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property.」
