「Horrible and disgusting and such poor service. We spoke with the hotel's reservation a couple of hours before arrival to confirm our 2 rooms and they confirmed back. When arriving there was initially nobody and reception and then a whirlwind of confusion started. Clearly our rooms weren't ready, staff we're sprinting to start to clean rooms and even kicked out a family out of one of our rooms who then had to run over the lawn with their belongings and stuff in their hands.
