After we parked in "Noveltel Suite" basement and woke up asleep kids, we needed to pull all our luggages to "Noveltel Hotel"(no parking) building thru uncovered groundfloor. It was dark, windy, cold and rainning. Not good for kids.

Fremragende hotel, super morgenmad og prisbilligt. Dyr parkering men vi betalte dog ikke og det var muligt at lade elbilen gratis (der var dog problemer med dette). Kan klart anbefales og ville gerne bo der igen,

My hotel features double glazing and soundproof doors to minimise noise disturbances, so I am sorry this was not sufficient for you in this instance. Arrivata in hotel scopro che ci sono lavori in corso. La cosa è stata omessa in fase di prenotazione. Verso le otto di mattina sono iniziati colpi di martello e rumori di trapano. Non avrei mai prenotato qua se avessi saputo della ristrutturazione in corso. Molto molto scorretto non avvisare i clienti.
