「Located on the beach front, it is indeed a fancy hotel with many exquisite facilities. The rooftop swimming pool is extraordinary. The staff are friendly and efficient in response to questions and requests. Some room for improvement is still there. We found bottled water is prepared only in some of the rooms of our group and so are the tea kettles. It is also a bit disappointing to find there is no bath tub in the marble-walled bathroom.」

「This is more of a condo style BNB, which is fine but I don’t think we were expecting to be that one of the only obvious tourists here. Parking is hard to find, especially as a guest and there are no dining options nearby (walking was limited as we had kids and elderly with us). I recommend catching Grab service/taxi at the entrance of the road instead of them coming into the rotunda due to lines at the guard house and the rotunda can be blocked for several minutes. The home was decently clean...

「It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. Room needs to Be sprayed because there are small Cockroaches and ants. The faucet needs to Be fixed. Also The aircon is leaking from The bedroom. I Love their...
