「Hicimos la reservación y pagamos y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el hotel no trabaja con la app hace 3 años!!! Que no tenían ninguna reserva con nuestro nombre y que si queríamos quedarnos debíamos volver a pagar en efectivo!!! Nos trató muy mal la encargada y preferimos irnos a otro hotel」
