「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「You need to know where the rooms are; on the map, it looks right on the beach, and the rooms have sea views. However, when they say “Côté jardin”, it’s another building, a few doors down and across the street. If you get a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so be aware. These are just practical tips, don’t let it scare you away. The place was great, still mere metres from the beach, very clean, the breakfast was nice, the staff is excellent. 「The staff was outstanding and the hotel was lovely all the way around. They don’t have AC or an elevator but it was fine without. 」

「This hotel is extremely sketchy. The hallways and stairs are dirty. There is no control over the heating. The door locks are questionable. There is no hot water in the shower and it doesn't drain. It seems to be a hotel where many people are living.」

「We had a wonderful stay here. The gardens are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast in the gorgeous solarium. We also took advantage of the warm weather and had drinks in the courtyard/ garden. Our host helped us with last minute dinner reservations and both restaurants were fabulous! We never would have found them on our own. Next time, we would book a larger room. We had a standard double room. It had everything we needed but we could have used more space.」

「Bon séjour. Toutefois le studio qui m’a été attribué n’était pas très propre. Une couverture avec une petite tache de sang et la couverture ne sentait pas une odeur de propre. Nous avons mis les drap housses plus des plaids que nous avons ramener de chez nous. Au niveau du ménage je pense qu’il est nécessaire d’être plus pointilleux」
