Concierge staff were friendly, gentleman who drove the bus was excellent.
Review is 2/5 overall due to poor resolution on noise issues. Neighboring room was playing loud bass music into the evening. It took multiple phone calls and one security check before we had to ask for a room change.
They were unwilling to move us to a room quickly because all open rooms were renting at a slightly higher rate than ours even when I said we’d pay the difference. So we sat in the lobby waiting for a cheaper room to open.
Rooms themselves were fine, but the experience overall was not. At checkout when asked how our stay was I mentioned this frustration and they did not seem to care. Further they asked if we wanted to signup for the reward program.
The bus driver overheard this and out of nowhere provided us food credit to our account. He went beyond our expectations as we just wanted to be heard.
I don’t write poor reviews but I found it important this time given the experience.

I didn't not like the extremely high prices at the eateries on the property!! I purchased a Pina Colada at the Castaway and seriously $17.00 was way out of range!!! I didn't buy another. Also chicken wings needed to be offer at all your eateries!!! Not walking to all to find wings. Cheaper to eat outside the resort!! The only good food was at the Castaway!! Terrible food at the others. Ruined the stay on the resort to enjoy as that is what we wanted, but left the resort anyhow to eat cheaper. You get you'll pay more on vacation,but taking advantage is another thought not appreciated. And why NO CASH. I'd rather use cash as not to have credit card fraud issues on vacation.
