We had a room with a kitchenette but with no any kitchen ware such as fry pan, plates and forks😭 but the neighborhood is quite and only a few minutes drive to a supermarket. Found mold in the shower area which is really not ok.

Our room was spacious and was incredibly clean. Its walkable from the train station and its fairly close to downtown padova. Its alao not to loud at night. A great place to stay at with friendly and helpful staff!

Only stayed a night, but the staff were super helpful, the room was big and quiet, and my wife says breakfast was really nice. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the center but it's a nice walk along the river and we knew that when we booked. Room was clean but the seals at bottom of the shower door were noticeably a bit grungy while sitting you know where - so only four stars. Good value, I'd stay again.

Hotel comodissimo, colazione di buon libello ,il parcheggio gratuito (scoperto) ti consente di visitare la citta senza piu spostare l'autovettura. 10 minuti e si arriva al centro storico . Unici nei derivanti dal personale All"arrivo , nonostante fosse presto non mi aspettavo la disponibilità della stanza ma almeno la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito. Camera suite 103, pulita, molto spaziosa con letto molto comodo e grandissimo. Consigliato

Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmer, großem Bad und großem TV. Wir hatten dazu noch einem Balkon, den man im Sommer auch locker zum Sonnenbaden hätte nutzen können. Die Tiefgarage war so geräumig, dass man auch locker mit einem großen SUV noch genügend Platz gehabt hätte. Das ist sehr selten heutzutage. Das Frühstück war echt lecker, vor allem die köstlichen Omeletts. Was allerdings gar nicht geht: für gewisses Obst hätte man 5 Euro extra zahlen müssen!

Very nice and clean hotel. Extremely easy parking on site and very easy and familiar check in process. The room was large and had all of the needed amenities. Great breakfast in the morning.

Très bon Séjour dans cette hôtel qui est irréprochable. Très Propre, personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et copieux. Il manquait rien. Nous avons apprécié notre chambre qui était équipé d’une petite cuisine équipée. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

excellent et calme
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nos souhaits ont été respectés, calme avec vue sur le canal et la ville. personnel accueillant et souriant. La chambre était grande avec un lit extra large et confortable. Le petit déjeuné était bon, il y avait de tout et le personnel était présent et répondait a nos demandes. Juste une petite remarque, mieux nettoyé le bas du pare douche.

Perfect hotel for anyone wanting to take the cruise on the river Brenta which leaves at 8am and arrives in Venice at 5.30. A Long day but well worth it!! This hotel was just five minutes walking from the departure point. The rest was great. A 20-minute walk hugging the river and you reached the centre and the Scrovegni Chapel. There is public transport which stops just outside the hotel but after a certain hour tend to be less frequent. Everything else, from the service to breakfast to the size of the room was perfect. Will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Padova. A special thanks to the staff at the desk... very friendly.

A nice stay .
The hotel is conveniently located with free parking. Bus stop just opposite. Excellent breakfast. Big and clean room. On the days we were there, it was quite hot but the air conditioner couldn't cope, so the room was warm.

I stayed in the separate Aparthotel building at the side of the main hotel. It was access controlled so safe. The room was a studio apartment which was modern, clean and had good facilities including a small kitchen. It had a separate sofa and desk/work area so it was also comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only slight downside to this hotel was the location. There were no local amenities close by. It was in a bit of an urban desert, almost like an industrial area. However, to be clear it wasn’t unsafe, just empty. It was on an easy bus route to the station though, and you could walk to the main sights in around 20 minutes.

Clean, modern, well-run hotel. However, extremely noisy location. Outdoor music festival across the street boomed into the hotel until at least 11.00pm. Very loud electric music. Hotel must be an advocate for guests and shut down outdoor music fest.

Ar-condicionado que não funcionava.
Durante minha estadia no Best Western Plus Hotel Galileo, fiquei desapontado com a falta de ar-condicionado durante a manhã e a tarde. Contrariando a informação na reserva, o ar-condicionado só estava disponível à noite. Ao relatar o problema ao gerente, fui informado de que o hotel inteiro não possuía ar-condicionado, apesar de constar o contrário na reserva. Essa situação afetou negativamente minha experiência, já que enfrentei desconforto durante o período em que o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando. Esperava-se que o hotel cumprisse com o que foi prometido na reserva, e a falta de ar-condicionado foi uma falha significativa nesse sentido. Sugiro que o Best Western Plus Hotel Galileo melhore a comunicação com os hóspedes, garantindo que as informações fornecidas na reserva sejam precisas e refletam a realidade das comodidades disponíveis. Além disso, é importante que o hotel considere a instalação de ar-condicionado em todas as áreas, para proporcionar conforto aos hóspedes independentemente do horário. Como cliente, espero que essas questões sejam levadas em consideração e que medidas sejam tomadas para evitar situações semelhantes no futuro. Good hotel and rooms, with a few issues
Good hotel and well presented, useful location - stayed 4 nights and found the staff helpful and friendly - room was good but we were unable to get the aircon system to cool the room could not get temp to go below 22 just blew warm air despite resetting and adjusting controls it seemed to be disabled or the thermostat was not working so made sleeping at night uncomfortable
