Hotel was a decent place. The room smelled musty when we checked in. We noticed that the door under the bottom was a light coming in the bottom of it. The elevator was a tad slow upon opening and closing of the door. The parking was decent overall a good place to stay for one night trip.

This property was disgusting. It didnt look anything like the photos on the ad. The sink was broken and leaking, the refrigerator did not cool, the air conditioning did not take care of the entire room so One room had no ventilation so it stayed extremely hot the whole time. The TVremote did not work. The outside was nasty too, people were sleeping in thier cars in the parking lot of which only held 15 cars which made you have to park offsite. Fish guts were in the trashcan and very smelly. The door frame to the room was cracked like at sometime someone tried to break into it. The mildew smell was terrible. Now we know why there were rooms available. This property doesnt even deserve 1star rating. AWFUL

DON’T BE FOOLED BY PHOTOS!!! This is the ghetto of PCB hotels!! Never again. Bedsheets stained, Curtains stained, Chair stained. Shower rod hanging from wall and mold around tub and toilet. Hairdryer shorted out and electrocuted us. It was reported and no one cared. Microwave wouldn’t heat and fridge was lukewarm. Door looked like it has been broken into numerous times with missing wood. Rooms smelled liked marijuana and everyone on premises smoking marijuana in pool area and parking lot. This place is unsafe for any children or families to stay. Would love a refund but good luck they could care less bc the false photos and fake reviews families continue to book until they get there and stuck bc everywhere else is booked.

I have so many things. Booked a 3 queen bed with balcony. Arrived at 2am to find out the property oversold their rooms so my room was given away. I have two older teens that cannot sleep together so I’m having to sleep on an air mattress because of the hotel not having my room. But they couldn’t care less. Pictures do not represent this hotel at all. It’s run down dirty. Holes in the walls. Fire hatches wide open. Smell was awful. Front desk is a joke and can’t do anything. Manager is never around to be found. Nothing apparently can be done without a managers approval. But good luck getting one to call you back. Oh and parking. Good luck. 30 parking spots for 111 rooms. You’re on your own if they are all full. Room smelt like a cigarette but they are no help because apparently it’s sold out so you’re stuck. No help. I had a weekend from hell. I spent 550$ for two nights in this hell whole. Not to mention others even voiced their problems. I will be contacting the bbb about this because Expedia isn’t doing anything about it either because they cannot get in contact with the hotel manager. They are avoiding it. I felt unsafe. Door wouldn’t lock properly. Back door wouldn’t even shut. I cannot express my frustration and the way I was treated. I will be contacting the bbb on this matter. This hotel needs to be shut down!!!

Though it has a great location right on the beach, there were drawbacks. The ice machine could not keep up with demand (Memorial Day weekend). Guests ignored the pools rules with having drinks, coolers, cigarettes, vaping in the pool and pool area. Finally, there was a lot of marijuana smoking on the premise. You could never escape it. This alone will prevent me from returning.
