Abit of a hit and miss. Good - breakfast was good, newish hotel, kids club, rooms were big. Friendly staff for the ones who were very fluent in english. Location was great Bad - renovation work in the block we were staying, heavy digging sound of floor tiles. No mention of this on website and when we checked in Check in staff informed us our dinner voucher includes kids but when we got to the restaurant we were told otherwise. Alot of back and forth wasted explaining to restaurant staff over the course of our stay. You will be informed there is 40min dinner time for dinning option when you enter the restaurant so a total turnoff the moment you enter the door for a Sheraton brand hotel.

I had a very comfortable stay. They took good care of us in the pool too, and we had a relaxing time. The food was also delicious, especially the Thai food, which was better than the food eaten outside.

Really well run and organised hotel. We had a Family Room and our 5 and 2 year old kids loved the themed room, and they enjoyed the respite of the kids club. Was good to have two options of where to eat breakfast as meant each restaurant was not overflowing with people

In a word phenomenal. Four Points made for a transformative vacation experience, they simply operated without error from the GM down to housekeeping. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and polite ready to provide assistance at a moments notice. The facilities were amazing allowing for some of the best rest my family has had in years. Centrally located next to everything I simply cannot wait till next year when we vacation here again!

We wanted a swim up pool room, with a pool bar and easy location to beach patong and plenty of options for food. Sheraton ticked every box. Perfect. Pool access suite was amazing. So quiet. Thanks for a great holiday

Great location overlooking the beach. The atmosphere at the pools were perfect. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Mit Abzüge gutes Hotel. Service ist wirklich gut in diesem Hotel. Auch die Anlage ist schön. Die Restaurants sind lecker. Was mich stört ist der Lärmpegel. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man bekommt auch alle Gespräche vom Flur mit (wenn man im ersten Stock untergebracht ist). Teilweise bis spät in die Nacht (2:00 am) sind Leute am reden. Außerdem gibt es zu wenige schattige Liegen. Die Halbpension ist nur eine sehr (!) abgespeckte Menü-Karte. Kein Buffet. Es war zwar lecker, aber ich stelle mir Halbpension anders vor. Man konnte zwischen ein paar Gerichten wählen. Getränke musste man selbst zusätzlich zahlen.. Lage ist gut, bis Bangla Road sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff was all extremely kind and accommodating. On resort restaurants were very nice and the food was great. The infinity pool was a good temp and had wonderful views of Patong Beach.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms and the facilities are very nice. Beautifully decorated and the pools are lovely. Excellent location. The buffet breakfast was over the top with so many choices. The dinner restaurant food was excellent - we ate there twice. The hotel staff (all around the hotel and in the restaurant) were outstanding!!! If you want to be in the Patong area this is the place to stay.
