「We were pleasantly surprised by what a charming, laid back vibe it had. Booked a paio room around the pool, which could be iffy. But it was great. 「We usually stay in Garden City and at Dolphin Cove. Dunes Realty was nice and easy to work with as always. Unit 3A was ok. The unit was in desperate need of a deep clean. It was supposed to be clean at check in but really wasn’t up to par. The floors needed vacuuming, beds were sloppily made, there was a dirty rug in one bathroom and a moldy shower curtain in the other. However, I was prepared. 「Even though only the bare minimum was offered and the decor dated, I was content with the beachfront. But a commode ran the entire night. I reported it the next morning, as i literally lost the entire night of sleep. I did all for some compensation, preferably a 1 hour late check out. Before checking out i tripped over an unsecured threshold. When i reported this i again asked for a one hour late checkout. I was told to check back in a few days, at that time i had 30 minutes to be out.」
