「We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were close to the Hospital to visit a friend. Room was clean carpet could use an upgrade but everything else was fine.」

「A great place to get away from it all. The 100 yr old farmhouse had plenty of space and all things needed to relax and enjoy family. The hosts were incredible as they invited us to participate in feeding and milking the goats and egg fetching. The fire every evening was the cherry on top trying to catch lightning bugs.」

「The owner is very nice, friendly, & accommodating. The rental is located in a beautiful area! If you want quiet & to kind of get away from “people” , it’s the perfect place. So much better than staying in a hotel! 10/10 recommend! We plan on staying again when we come back to town!」

「We were in for my daughter's college graduation and while this was a 30 minute drive it was great to get away and be in the country on the lake. The house was exactly as portrayed, if not better. It had everything you needed from the kitchen to all the toys. Highly, highly recommend if you're looking to have a nice get away in the country.」

「The house was very reasonably priced so we did not go with high expectations. The location is great with spectacular views of Barren Lake. Everything is very simple with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The rental was clean and comfortable. It could use updating but for the price it is more than reasonable and I can completely understand the owners not wanting to invest. Altogether we had a great time. Thank you」

「Family all live in different states so TN/KY was a great mid- way point for all of us. We fell in love with the Yellow House immediately on-line but seeing it in person was so much better. Huge rooms, great yard and convenient to many fun places for the day. Kevin went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything the house included, especially the Christmas decor. Would love to return. Thanks from all of us for a great Christmas.」
