「I find difficult to use bathroom 」

「The cleanliness needs to be improved. Very disappointed to have found dirt marks and blood marks on the bed sheets and covers. No ice machines in the hotel so need to ask receptions to get ice everytime. And no refrigerator in the room. There's one fridge-like machine but it's not cold and the staff insisted it is mini-bar. So even the drinks inside are not cold.」

「Great find at a reasonable price compared to many others in London. Great transport links as less than a 5 minute walk to the Mile End tube station. Lovely staff on arrival who gave a very warm welcome. It isn’t a fully manned 24 hour reception though so be wary if that’s what you need. Pleasantly surprised by the triple room. It was really spacious and had lovely Temple spa toiletries. Fully equipped with everything you need, if I’m being picky, I didn’t like the colour of the walls as found...

「Had to pay a 20 pound early check in charge pp, its 10 pound every hour you want to check in so bear that in mind. But overall was good bedroom, comfy bed, good blinds to keep sun out, shower was ok, mot great or powerful but does it's job. 」

「Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being...

「What a lovely pub with rooms. The food was lovely, a spicy sweet potato curry. Pity the room was lit by the external pub lighting. The room, No4, needs black out curtains/blinds to reduce the light levels. Lovely ambiance and style」
