酒店去中央火车站很近，不用15分钟，附近是食街，中菜，西餐，越南餐都有，步行大型街市，不用5分钟，很是方便。 酒店服务枱很細心，不厭其煩地解釋，房子很闊躺，住了4个晚上，每天都清洁很好，只可惜沒有牙刷，拖鞋。

我們早上機到機場，約12點到達酒店，坐了一夜飛機也很疲累，前台說仍有一間房可以給我們提早check in， 態度有禮，十分貼心。

The staff was helpful and kind - they lent out electric adapters. The food quality, food choice and service at the breakfast buffet were commendable. The cleaning service of the hotel rooms was quite good - sufficient supply of shower products and great tidiness. The gym was well-equipped. No unreasonable extra charges were issued.

Close to many dozen great food options and a very short walk to the Sydney tourist bus route. The room was clean and spacious. The staff helped move us to a new room on day 1 to get the walk in shower we reserved 60 days ago for accessibility needs. The breakfast buffet could not be more convenient 15 steps from the elevator.

Great hotel for staying close enoigh to the shopping in town but also the tourist areas of darling harbour and circular quay. The vibrancy of chinatown is amazing and public transport is handy and consistent.

The recent experience of staying at Holiday inn at Sydney was average, service from staff was not impressive, as I booked premium room but the T.v was not smart t.v, when I approached the staff to upgrade they told me that the whole hotel has the same old T.v which was quite shocking.Moreover house-keeping services wasn’t impressive as well three days in a room no vacuuming had been done in the room. Breakfast was included which was great but no dine in option was available. The surrounding area was quite nice , close to shops and transport facilities which was great.
