Checked me into a filthy room, got a new room. It was clean but after a stay of 6 nights I did not receive one cleaning, even after requesting it.

The room was clean but smelled like grandma smoked in it for 30 years with the windows closed. Some of the coffee packets were opened or had holes in them. Restaurant was closed so I had to walk 3/4 of a mile to get something to eat because i had a truck with a 40ft trailer. The staff were very friendly

There were bed bugs. Couldnt find the ice machine and the bar acted like asking for ice was an inconvenience. We couldnt get the door to our room open the Front Desk Lady had to come up and open the door.

Staff was great. Zero complaints about customer service. When i arrived they told me the hot water heater was out. I opted to switch to their other hotel next door. The non smoking room had large burn holes in the comforter. I recorded a baby roach on the counter and decided the was the last straw for me.

The hotel is badly in need of renovation. The decor is very tired, the bathroom has mould spots on the ceiling which looks like it could collapse at any time and all the wall covering is peeling away. The room was clean but public areas were dirty. There was no hot water and you are made to sign a waiver saying you won’t ask for a refund or discount because of it. But after you’ve checked in. Having read recent reviews, no hot water seems to be the norm. The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable with soft clean sheets covering a dirty blanket. All in all, it was cheap but comfortable in the room. That being said, I wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s an older facility and so had some issues such as peeling paint in the bathroom. Also, the Clarion/Econolodge combination was a bit confusing. Still, it was clean, comfortable, reasonably-priced and very convenient with a solid breakfast and I’d stay here again.

Check in process took an hour because their card reader wouldn’t work. The hot water was out. AC didn’t work. And we were given a different room than we paid for- then was told “I don’t know which ones have couches and which ones don’t so I’ll have to go find you one that does”

There was no hot water because the boiler was down, this was not communicated. The sensors on the elevator kept trying to shut on me when I was standing in the doorway. The room was supposed to have a pull out couch and 2 queens and I was told from staff that they didn’t know what much rooms have what… also the key card machine didn’t work for 35 minutes .

Dustin,I know how annoying it is when you are tired, or you just want to get to your room.Let me start out by saying that I'm sorry your experience with our front desk wasn't a good one, and I appreciate you letting us know how we could better this in the future. Some steps we are taking to speed up this process is we are getting new credit card equipment this week.This should speed up our check in process quite a bit. We are also training a new front desk clerk and this too can slow things down.So again, I do apologize for being slow and thank you for your patience. I paid online. But when I got to the hotel, they asked me to put in an extra $100 (cash), so that when I checked out, they would return that $100 to me. The next day, when I checked out in the morning, they told me they would call me. Give it to me so I can come back and get the money. But I waited until the evening and still hadn't received a call. When I went there to ask the staff, they seemed very upset and said they didn't have that cash to pay me. They found every reason to refuse to pay me. Again, while I was in the hotel room, I took good care of all hotel items. Towels, shampoo, and conditioner I all brought my own to use, not the hotel's, and before I checked out, I checked everything and it was very good. They made an excuse that they didn't have that cash to pay me. haha. they are so funny

My room had cockroaches, and mice. The parking lot had sooo many obstacles, it was hard to navigate through it. The claim that they had wiifii was a farce. I had to stand at the front desk to access any signal. The washcloths must have been in short supply . The continental breakfast was lacking adequate provisions.

Plaster falling from shower ceiling, shower curtain rod very unstable, light fixture cover fell off and landed on my husband's head. Bed was terribly hard. We were 15 feet from the bar and they wouldn't shut the door. Loud music continued until 2 am. Will never stay at a Clarion again. Also the phone was not connected at all. What if a guest had no cell phone, and had an emergency? How would they call for help. Really disappointed in our choice of hotels. Huge waste of money.

The first room I was assigned to smelled horrible. I went to ask for another room and I was moved to another room. I was issued another room and what I thought was ok it was not. Slept in that room and come to find out the lock on the door did not work. So, I slept in a room where anyone could have walked in at any moment. Went back to the get another room until I was met with someone that kept slamming their door, small bugs in the bathroom, and the tub had grout in it. The staff was very pleasant but the place itself was horrible.

This property looks like it is used for everything but friendly family stops. The pictures do not match what they provide at the Hotel . Room was so dirty seemed like someone smoked whole carton of cigarettes in the room. I did not stay i cancel as soon as they showed me the room. But the staff was nice and apologetic.
