Tv did not work, phone did not work. Supposed to have bar not open. Pool looked nice wanted to use, locked up. Desk clerk was not helpful, lied about being full. After arguing with her for several hours we were finally given another room. This new room had a strange noise the entire time we were in the room. Construction going on in the hotel and very loud construction. Will never use their hotel again. Both my son and I heard from 2 groups staying there not happy.

As advertised on our Partner Central page of Expedia our pool is seasonal and it doesn't open until Memorial day. We were sold out completely this weekend and it might of have been that my front desk gal was afraid that she was going to have to go upstairs and tighten up the room to be able to give to someone else since we were completely booked. As for the roofers working on our roof that Saturday morning, I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay at our hotel. We hope to see you in the future.

Great !! Usually stay at a high end hotels, but this time my 4 day trip was spur of the moment. This Laquinta was excellent. My room was tidied up everyday with new linens. Great stay, I will stay here again. Great value ‼️

The Suite is located right off the freeway which was really easy to come and go. There were several restaurants within walking distance that were fantastic. The were doing some roof repairs where my room was located and I asked to be moved. They already had another room ready on the other side of the building which was very quiet. Great experience!

Shower curtain had brown stuff on it and shower itself had not been cleaned, it was obvious. Dark brown stains on corner of all walls. Blood red stain on carpet. The fridge didn’t work well. The breakfast made my family sick and I’m guessing it’s because things that need to be refrigerated were sitting out. Definitely not the worst hotel I’ve been in but don’t pay regular price. Just being honest!

Dear Kelli,Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay. I will definitely bring this to my housekeeping's attention. As for the red stain on the carpet is not blood. It's a stain from red Gatorade that no longer comes out. We get our carpets cleaned once every month and some stains just don't come out anymore. the fridge works well if you have it on the high setting number six. The only thing with it being on the highest temperature it does start making some grogging sound. In our breakfast area the only things we have that need to kept refrigerated are our yogurts, whip cream, butter and cream cheese these items are put out in containers that are made to keep these items cold when they are taken out of the refrigerator as for the milk, it is kept in a milk jug that maintains it cold while being out. Rest assured I will pass on these comments to my staff to improve for future reference.

Expedia indicated that a room with a sleeper sofa was available at this location. There are no rooms with a sleeper sofa at this location and no rollaways. The staff gave us blankets to make a pallet on the floor for our grandson. The phone in the room did not have a cord, so I had to go down to the desk to communicate with the staff. When we were leaving, the firemen were extracting people from a stuck elevator. The hotel was very clean and provided plenty of towels.
