「This renovated hotel was clean and comfortable and an excellent value. My only complaint about the room was that there was no sofa or armchairs, just one office chair. It's on the outskirts of Pikeville, somewhat difficult to find, but there's decent access to Hwy 23. There's only one easily accessible elevator; people with serious mobility issues should look elsewhere. There's a Mexican restaurant on the property and lots of fast food restaurants nearby. 」

「It was amazing. The pool was nice. The rooms were clean, the employees were great. Wish we would have been staying for vacation purposes instead of emergency family stuff so we could have had more time to enjoy it. 」

「So basically, my thinking is that the base rating for a hotel should be a 3/5. I liked the shower pressure so that brought it up a point, and I also thought the beds were comfortable so that also brings it up another point. However, the building is like in disrepair and falling apart to the point where I have to take a point away as funny as it was. No bugs or inconveniences or anything like that, but I don’t feel like it deserves to be on the same level as like Embassy Suites and Home2. So to...
