滿意的住宿體驗

職員服務很好，環境優美，可獨立泡溫泉，另外晚餐很精緻好味。旅館很近金鱗湖，只是不太近車站，但乘的士也很方便。

房間很乾淨個人泡湯池有兩個很大很棒早餐也讚👍尤其是白飯非常的Q 唯一美中不足的是大門的景觀跟訂房網的大門不一樣害我找了半個多小時還找不到整體來說很棒有機會再去由布院我還是會再選擇這裡櫃檯人員非常的親切哦😊

It’s my second time staying in this hotel. My family enjoyed our stay very much! The room is spacious and tidy, with all you need, the view is super good! The food is nice and delicious, the staff are polite and helpful. They even offered us extra private hotspring!

服務超好,餐食,地點好,房間小老舊 Excellent services, old room

近大街, 地點旺中帶靜. 一泊兩食, 餐食滿意. 服務台人員懂英文, 有禮. 入住很多禮物. 沒有私人溫泉, 但可BOOK private bath自己一家浸. private bath有室外,內, 很美! 可能有點歷史了, 洗手間有小許異味, 但大堂及外觀也很好! 會再去! Good location, the dinner and breakfast are good. The receptionists are good in english and polite! Service is good! A lot of gifts to us. Although no hot spring inside the room, we can reserve the private bath for our own family. The toilet has little bad smell! We will definitely come again!

Perfect service, great room and I like the onsen so much. The only shortcomings is that the hotel is a bit far from the city centre but that makes a perfect serenity.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The outdoor hot springs are beautiful. They arranged different hot springs for us at night and in the morning separately so that we could enjoyed the hot springs in different environment. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. The food is very good. They gave us some little souvenirs during check-out with heart, though not expensive, that is sweet and memorable. The only thing that should be improved is that the instruction to the reception counter is not clear enough at the entrance of the hotel. We went to the restaurant wrongly at the beginning but found no one. We then went to the accommodation block but still found no one at the entrance and in the lobby until we walked to the reception counter to ask for help.

環境寧靜, 可步行至湯之坪街道, 泊好車再去行街很方便酒店職員很nice, 英語溝通能力好好,小禮物很有驚喜可以預約私人風呂,這很讚, 3間私人風呂有室內, 室外, 二樓那間還可看到山境晚餐可預先揀和牛主食, 味道很不錯, 早餐都是SET形式, 非常豐富!

對於這間湯布院溫柔之鄉旅館，我就最滿意一泊兩食的兩餐，晚餐和早餐都非常美味。溫泉方面，公眾浴太細小了，如果客人想浸多些溫泉，而私人風呂又因時間的限制，公眾浴實在不能作為補充之用。旅館職員則非常專業和友善!
