“Les Crêtes Blanches is an old, dirty and uncomfortable family run hotel. It claims to offer a savoyard family home experience but to deliver that it needs a major renovation of the entire building and an serious upgrade on bedding and bathroom standards. At 400€/night, it is way below market standards of cleanliness and comfort. It's a good example of an establishment taking advantage of high demand to charge whatever they feel. It isn't worth more than 150€/night, and I'm being generous. And……

Unfortunately, it took a long time before we received any response. When you eventually replied, you acknowledged that the ordered bed linen and towels could not be delivered due to problems with your vehicle. We were then asked to solve the problem ourselves by renting linen elsewhere in town, which we find completely……
