「not the best shower, Staff are friendly」

「Very helpful staff」

「Lived up to expectations we originally were put in the Cabana we had booked online but after the first night the aircon was too loud and I couldn’t sleep. Having raised it with them they immediately moved us to a new room with split aircon which is much quieter. Staff were very helpful and friendly as you would expect, the food and spa facilities lived up to expectations also. Some great treatments available and I would definitely recommend the Hilot traditional massage.we had a few minor issues...

「設施水很髒，房間有小强，飯店地點離市區騎車要30分鐘，不便利，整體的客戶體驗很糟！非常不推薦，而且服務人員也不是很反善，請考慮清楚再訂購」

「The swimming pool is good. The staff are very friendly. WiFi isn't that good in the bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「All the staff were very nice and helpful, all amenities were clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable. Super relaxing in the bar, restaurant and smoking area. Everything you need is on site and they have a good selection of both Western and Filipino cuisine.」

「I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon.」

Just make sure you wear shoes with good traction as the flight of stairs can be quite slippery due to the wood preservatives used. The infinity pool is...

「The staff is friendly and accomodating. We love that the location is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The room was spacious enough for our family, new airconditioning the room itself is clean. I should say that the bathrooms could use some upgrade in the room that we stayed in. Over all.we had a wonderful experience 」
