「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」

「I booked a room, but the front desk was very rude and I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check in.」

「都好」

「Missing a washcloth on arrival none were available breakfast 2nd day was thin staff apologized they were out of most items」

「Second time staying at this location. Staff is wonderful, rooms are rather small but very well maintained and the location is wonderful. Would suggest to business travelers going to OKC. Probably not suited for families as there are some requirements for the club area.」

「2nd time staying and will continue to stay when I am in town. Staff was great, check in and out was easy. Room was clean and quiet. My only advice is to put the address in for directions manually because if you just hit get directions from the sites it takes you to the bank behind it.」

「Clean. Convenient location.」

「There is water leaking in the restroom. The floor becomes wet after using the sink.」

「Great, I will come again!」

The milk was curdled, the baked goods were stale, I was coffee was old. For example the coffee was brewed hours before and then was being filled from behind the kitchen in what were large pouring vases. I didn't stay here for the breakfast, choice was made to stay here for locality, but; would not do it again as the morning staff were not helpful at all or...

「I was disappointed with the front desk at my check in time. I arrived around a little bit after noon on the date of my reservation and asked about checking in early and was told no rooms would be available for about 45 minutes. Totally understandable but was directed to the restaurant which was open and we could grab some lunch. This sounded like a good option, and we proceeded to have lunch. After having lunch, I returned to the desk to check in and was now informed I would need to pay an...
