Am Neujahrstag wurde das Frühstück durch einen aufpreispflichtigen Brunch ersetzt. Der Rezeption schienen die Hände gebunden zu sein, eine Rücksprache mit Managements ist nicht erfolgt. Eine gebuchte Frühstücksleistung ist nicht erfolgt! ”

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“Hostel Jaz si presenta bene come ostello offrendo servizi privati, il bagno in camera, e le parti comuni molto pulite..abbiamo avuto un inconveniente iniziale che però è stato risolto dal perdonale più competente..ci avevano assegnato una camera che puzzava tantissimo di fumo e il bagno con una perdita..purtroppo ci abbiamo passato una notte ma il mattino dopo una signora dello staff è stata subiyo pronta a risolvere il problema cambiandoci la camera e rendendo il nostro soggiorno decisamente……

“I got the top floor room, so I can’t open the window easily (I was not able to do so) and when it rain, it is really noisy. There is a fully equipped kitchen but no table in the room, so no where to have breakfast. Also, I arrived in the early morning, it was very hard to find, as no sign of the building. I wish the place communicate that it is basically an air b&b and that it is right next to the a gelato cafe. Also, it gave me the code for the room but not the entrance, so I have to get……

“Un appartement encore plus beau que sur les photos,d’une propreté irreprochable.L’immeuble est trés beau et parfaitement situé, dans un quartier trés animé .L’appartement est néanmoins trés calme et très bien équipé.Manque juste un grille pain Le check in est autonome,mais nous,avons disposé de toutescles informations utiles pour acceder à L’appartement. “Netter Empfang beim Chech-in, das Prince Residence verfügt über einen Aufzug. Das Apartment "A5", ist "old fashioned eingerichtet, aber OK. Da nach vorne heraus liegend, ist der Straßenverkehr deutlich zu vernehmen. Weitaus störender jedoch ist die Hellhörigkeit des Nachbarapartment,äs, selbst bei in normaler Lautstärke geführten Gesprächen, hat man den Eindruck direkt daneben zu stehen. Bei Nutzung des WC, ist nicht nur dieToilettenspülung in besagten Apartment zu hören, sondern auch der……

“The front desk staff was NOT friendly and helpful! No smile all the time especially the young girl! Overcharged my room at checkout though had reconfirmed price one night before! No one manned the Conceige desk at time of checkout and wanted to get a taxi to airport. We waited with 2 big baggages at entrance of hotel but taxis just passed by and did not stop for us. After about 15 minutes, I went back and queued up at front desk and asked for help. The young girl then called her colleague……
