「We just stayed at Marcelo Beach Club these easter´s weekend. Our room was not ready at ckecking time. During our second day the room was cleaned close to 6 PM despite we departed around 2 PM to Lome for sightseeing. All the days on early mornings the restarant and the beach area were very dirty with a lot of trash (including food waste from the previous nights, the buffet was a very poor quality and with very limitted options (not cost-effective for the money they charge for brekfast), the food...

「Ich wollte den angebotenen Flughafentransfer in anspruch nehmen und schrieb das Hotel mit meinen Flugdaten an. Daraufhin kam auch promt eine Antwort mit der Frage nach meinen Flugdaten fie ich wiederum sendete. Danach kam keine Antwort mehr. Ich schrieb das Hotel noch 7 mal an. Dazu noch zwei mal per Mail. Auch habe ich drei mal versucht anzurufen. Alles ohne Erfolg.
