「Rooms look like a motel instead of a hotel, be mindful to keep your things off the floor, as soon as we got in the room here comes a spider and critters traveling around on the a blinds. The room also has a smell of mildew and rooms across the hall had signs that were unsafe for a person to stay in as well as hallway had a strong smell of fire smoke.」

「This is an old boarding house with great history. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. A code is given to get into the front door and for your assigned room. We did have problems getting into our room but once i figured out who to call, she took care of it quick. Very close to Back Woods . 」

Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways.
