「Surely stay agai」

「Rooms weren’t really clean, linen was stained and the pool and hot tub haven’t been open since I first started coming in about 6 months. Tv didn’t work fridge didn’t get cold. Breakfast is never good always same thing and no option for those who don’t eat pork but still need protein in the morning besides eggs that don’t even look appealing.」

「The property was ok in general. Amanda was very friendly and knowledgeable. But….i was assigned a handicap accessible room that had a bed that was awful. If you weren’t handicapped when you arrived, you would be after a night on that bed. It had a metal frame that made noise anytime you moved, and was broke in the middle. If you stood and looked at the foot of the bed, the bed and frame were in a V shape. I think handicapped folks deserve better than that.」

「The room (104) was musty smelling. We had to run the heater to help that, but it seems the room was wet at some point. We had this problem a few years ago on a first floor room and moved to an upper floor. You need to fix this as I plan to return to Stephenville in the next month. I may have to go to La Quinta or Hampton Inn」

「Best Hotel Ever! So unique! It is a destination in itself!! Can’t wait to return!」

「Rather old but clean」

「There was no hot water in the room! The sheets were dirty, and the room smelled terrible. I was not satisfied.」

「WiFI is too poor, always frozen」
