We had to call the agent because the code did not work but got lucky that the cleaning crew appeared at the wrong address and took us to the right place. Amenities listed are not in the apartment. There is no microwave or dishwasher. We had a week long stay and had specifically booked this place for its amenities. So it was a huge inconvenience!...

"The appartment has everything you need, great location and was clean. The check in and checkout information was comfusing. Maybe something they need to update, got different information from different places ( email, links and apps). At least they was easy to get a hold of when calling! So my only «bad» feedback is comunication and information - other than that the stay and appartement was great ! "

"From the very moment of check-in I knew this would be an amazing hotel! All the staff were super helpful and friendly and spoke perfect English which I appreciated very much! The rooms are very spacious, clean and provide everything you could need. We loved the bar for a night cap relax after a long day of exploring the beautiful Faroe Islands. Unfortunately we did not experience the RUTS restaurant but did take advantage of a spa day at Ress which was incredible! Spectacular views of Torshavn and a convenient walking path into town as well. You could not ask for a better hotel and experience in Torshavn!"

"Only stayed 1 night after arriving late on a rainy night on the ferry from the Faroes. Check in was easy by keybox. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Walls were a bit thin with the sound of other guests clearly audible, but I stuck my earbuds in and slept soundly."

We had been considering a larger chain hotel up the hillside, but being right on the sea meant a quick 10 minute walk to the harbour and less taxi trips.
